Shelldon the Torto is an original character designed by TheAgent41. Shelldon the Torto resides in the Goop universe.
Shelldon lives in the Minion Kingdom, a bleak, wartorn kingdom ruled by King Grex. Moki usually resides in a massive black castle surrounded by a lake of molten lava, known as Castle Grex. He is one of King Grex's right-hand men, along with his more intelligent cohort, Moki.
Biography
How Shelldon came to work for King Grex is unknown, and it is unknown how long he has been part of the Minion Army.
Moki and Shelldon are first encountered by Goop and his friends during the initial takeover of the Gooptar Kingdom. After Grex's defeat, Princess Blossom offers to let Moki and Shelldon stay in her castle, but they turn down the offer, saying that they need to clean up the castle ruins. Moki and Shelldon are then seen shambling out of the ruins, only to be crushed by a giant statue of Grex.
When King Grex returned from the dead to exact his revenge, he appeared to Moki and Shelldon and forced them to build him a robotic version of his own body.
Appearance
Shelldon is a Torto. He is a bipedal turtle-like creature. He has yellow skin and a turtle shell. The plastron of his shell is tan, while the carapace is blue. Shelldon's beak is large and hooked, similar to that of a vulture. He has large blue spikes running down his neck and his long tail. Each of his feet has one, elephant-like toenail.
Personality
Shelldon is a bumbling idiot; according to his boss King Grex, his IQ is on par with that of a broken toothpick. He doesn't seem to have any real evil tendencies, unlike his partner-in-crime Moki. Instead, he serves the purpose of a lovable oaf who is constantly blamed for all of Grex's failures (mostly by Moki). Shelldon has no real grudge against gooptars in general or Goop specifically. He constantly forgets about his own strength, causing him to accidentally deal damage to Moki.
Abilities
- Immense Strength: Shelldon is more powerful than he realizes and could actually be a more fearsome Minion if he had a more evil mindset. He is capable of lifting objects weighing up to 1,000 pounds and is constantly knocking over Moki when trying to pat his cohort on the back.
- Durable Shell: Being a torto, Shelldon has a durable shell that he can retreat into whenever he is especially afraid.
